Websites, online booking and AI receptionists for GTA physio, chiro and massage therapy clinics
New patients ask two things first: will my benefits cover this, and when can I get in? We build clinic sites that answer both and put booking one tap away.

Do you direct bill my insurance?
We direct bill many extended health plans. Tell me your provider and I'll check our list, or bring your card to your visit.

Where bookings slip away
Not mistakes, just moments where a ready client gets away. Flip to see the fix.
Coverage questions
Today: Patients want to know about direct billing and car accident claims. If the site doesn't say, they call, and if nobody answers, they try the next clinic.
Buried booking
Today: Your Jane booking link hides behind a small button in the header.
One page for everything
Today: "RMT massage Etobicoke" and "chiropractor Mississauga" can't both rank on one combined services page.

Questions physio and chiro clinics ask us
We use Jane. Does the website replace it?
No. Jane stays your calendar, charting and billing. The site's booking buttons send patients to the right treatment on your Jane booking site.
Can the chat confirm a patient's insurance coverage?
It can say which insurers you direct bill and what to check with their plan. It can't confirm one person's coverage, so it points them to their benefits or your front desk.
Can each practitioner have their own page?
Yes, with credentials, what they treat and a button that books with them. Great for patients referred to a specific person.
Will the chat give exercise or treatment advice?
No. It handles booking, coverage, parking and what to bring. Anything about an injury goes to your clinicians.
Can testimonials go on our physio website?
Under the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario's current advertising standard, testimonials must be true, verifiable and from patients who consented. Chiros and RMTs follow their own colleges' rules.
How long does it take to launch?
A straightforward clinic site usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, and a basic chat assistant can be built at the same time.
